Galway Consulting delivers human-centered solutions for the problems weighing down you and your business. I’m Andrea Ryan, founder, and in my experience working with non-profits, associations, startups of every stage, small businesses, and big companies, I’ve learned one thing—no matter your size, success comes from building thoughtful processes with the right people and staying flexible. With over 15 years as a problem solver with the title of project manager to product leader and everything in between, I’ve seen my share of challenges and identified solutions.
My goal with Galway Consulting is simple: to help the humans that make a business go forward work more effectively, whether they’re just starting out or scaling to the next level.
